Destinations over widgets

SpeedGrid is built around visual cards, grids, and folders. One card can open two related places without adding a second tile—like a project dashboard and its shared Drive folder.

A design system for your tab

Adjust the type, spacing, card treatment, colors, imagery, and layout, then save combinations as reusable profiles. Built-in themes include photography from Joey’s travel archive.

No browsing-history permission

Both products can make a new tab feel more intentional. The useful difference is whether you want a daily-focus layer or a highly organized map of the places you use.

Do you want tasks on the page?
Choose Momentum when the built-in focus prompt, to-do lists, weather, mantras, or Plus productivity tools are the point. SpeedGrid currently keeps those jobs outside the new tab.

Do your bookmarks behave like projects?
Choose SpeedGrid when one shortcut is rarely enough. Separate work and personal grids, nest related grids in folders, and give a card two named destinations without duplicating its visual footprint.

Will you actually use deep customization?
SpeedGrid rewards people who notice alignment, type, spacing, color, and imagery. If you would rather accept a polished daily-photo experience and get back to work, Momentum may be the simpler fit.
