Delete your SpeedGrid data
You can ask us to permanently remove your SpeedGrid account data. Here is what happens and how to begin.
What we delete
After verifying your request, we will remove the SpeedGrid account record tied to your identity and the projects, groups, links, preferences, theme profiles, uploaded logos and backgrounds, and public calendar feed URLs stored for that account.
What may remain
Stripe and Joey Wright Photo LLC may retain limited transaction, invoice, subscription, tax, fraud-prevention, or support records where legally required or reasonably necessary. Those records are not used to restore your SpeedGrid dashboard.
Security backups and provider logs may persist for a limited period before routine deletion or expiration.
Before you request deletion
Download a backup from SpeedGrid Preferences if you want to keep a personal copy. Deletion cannot be undone after processing. Cancel Plus first if you do not want another renewal while the request is being handled.
Send the request
Email us from the address you use to sign in to SpeedGrid with the subject “SpeedGrid data deletion request.” We may ask you to complete a secure verification step. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
Chrome extension
Uninstall the SpeedGrid extension separately through Chrome’s extension settings. The extension itself does not keep a separate database of your projects or account content.
