Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Joey Wright Photo LLC for your use of SpeedGrid, including the website and browser extensions.
1. Using SpeedGrid
You may use SpeedGrid only if you can legally enter this agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, protecting access to your account, and all activity performed through it.
Use SpeedGrid only for lawful purposes and only with links, images, calendars, and other material you have the right to use.
2. Accounts and service access
Some features require an account provided through Clerk. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect SpeedGrid, other users, third parties, or the integrity of the service, or when these terms are materially violated.
3. Free and paid plans
The core SpeedGrid experience is available without charge. Founding Plus members are billed $10 per year and retain that annual rate while their subscription remains continuously active. Regular Plus is $20 per year after the founding offer closes. The exact recurring price and any applicable taxes are shown before checkout.
New purchases may be processed through Stripe Managed Payments, with Stripe’s Link service acting as merchant of record. The checkout identifies that arrangement before purchase. Existing direct Stripe subscriptions remain under their original billing arrangement.
Unless you cancel, Stripe or Link will charge the payment method on file at each annual renewal. You can manage or cancel from SpeedGrid’s billing settings and the subscription-management experience provided for your purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term, and Plus remains available through that date. Except where required by law, fees already paid are nonrefundable.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the links, titles, logos, background images, calendar feed URLs, and settings you add. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, display, resize, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve SpeedGrid.
You are responsible for choosing appropriate calendar connections and uploaded artwork. Treat secret or unlisted calendar subscription URLs as sensitive information, and only connect calendars you are authorized to access.
5. Browser extensions
A SpeedGrid browser extension can replace your new-tab page and provide deliberate Quick Save actions. You may uninstall it at any time through your browser. The applicable browser store policies and platform terms also govern your installation and use.
6. Third-party services
SpeedGrid relies on services including Clerk, Stripe and Link, Cloudflare, Google, Microsoft, and Mozilla. Their own terms and privacy practices govern the parts of the service they provide. We are not responsible for third-party sites you save to your grid.
7. Service changes
We may improve, change, limit, or discontinue features. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes that substantially affect paid use, but we cannot promise that every feature will always remain available.
8. Disclaimers and liability
SpeedGrid is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, or profits.
Our aggregate liability arising from SpeedGrid will not exceed the amount you paid us for SpeedGrid during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing law
Florida law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Broward County, Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the SpeedGrid contact page. Joey Wright Photo LLC is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
