Terms of Service

You may use SpeedGrid only if you can legally enter this agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, protecting access to your account, and all activity performed through it.

Use SpeedGrid only for lawful purposes and only with links, images, calendars, and other material you have the right to use.

Some features require an account provided through Clerk. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect SpeedGrid, other users, third parties, or the integrity of the service, or when these terms are materially violated.

The core SpeedGrid experience is available without charge. Founding Plus is an annually renewing subscription billed through Stripe at the price shown before checkout. Unless you cancel, Stripe will charge the payment method on file at each renewal.

You can cancel from SpeedGrid’s billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term. Except where required by law, fees already paid are nonrefundable.

You retain ownership of the links, titles, logos, background images, calendar feed URLs, and settings you add. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, display, resize, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve SpeedGrid.

You are responsible for making sure public calendar URLs and uploaded artwork are appropriate to store in your account.

The SpeedGrid Chrome extension replaces your new-tab page by opening SpeedGrid. You may uninstall it at any time through Chrome. Chrome Web Store policies and Google’s platform terms also apply to your installation and use.

SpeedGrid relies on services including Clerk, Stripe, Cloudflare, and Google Chrome. Their own terms and privacy practices govern the parts of the service they provide. We are not responsible for third-party sites you save to your grid.

We may improve, change, limit, or discontinue features. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes that substantially affect paid use, but we cannot promise that every feature will always remain available.

SpeedGrid is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, or profits.

Our aggregate liability arising from SpeedGrid will not exceed the amount you paid us for SpeedGrid during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Florida law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Broward County, Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
